Non-eligible returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or installed shower filters or accessories. We also do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
Reporting a defective item
To request a return, email us at ndstore.contact1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include photos or video showing the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
